This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who enjoys bridging the gap between the clients and the creative process. Leadership experience and the ability to maintain hands-on involvement in project management is critical for the success of this position.
The Project Manager will assist in the process of delivering award-winning 3d renderings and architectural animations. We are looking for the best and brightest to work with the nation’s top designers and real estate developers.

Responsibilities:

•          Manage sophisticated visualization projects, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned, and all projects are successfully delivered on time, meeting objectives, and within budget
• Liaison with clients on a strategic level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, determine timelines, etc
• Responsible for communicating client’s objectives to the team of artists working on the assigned projects
• Prepare written documentation, including time lines, meeting agendas, conference reports and deliver to team members and client when necessary
• Set and keep project plans and milestone events, post documents and images for client review, report on meetings, and assign tasks to the required departments
• Work with Creative Director to develop and deliver creative high-quality projects
• A wide degree of creativity and organization is expected         

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four year college or university
• Experience in design management or related is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth experience in developing comprehensive and cross-departmental solutions to complex client challenges
• Ability to prioritize, multi task, manage varied workload, and handle pressure
• Ability to manage teams, deliverables, budgets, and timelines
• Technically skilled with AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English
