Lead Production Artist

Experience: 3+ years

We are seeking an individual that is a well-rounded Artist with professional experience in creating rendered imagery and with the ability to lead and manage a team. In this role you will work alongside our Creative Director and Project Managers to ensure quality and prompt delivery of all work related to the department they manage.

Responsibilities:
•    Overseeing and directing of full-time production artists
•    Delegating and tracking progress of projects and delivery  
•    Maintaining and improving the quality of the work
•    Meeting with the Creative Director to analyze and troubleshoot production issues; renderings or production methods
•    Reviewing and making sure all work is done correctly and effectively
•    Maintaining organization of files for all in-progress assignments

•    Creating consistent high-quality and creative work which encompasses:
•    Working with other artists and creative director in writing and or developing storyboards and storyboard ideas
•    Creation and editing of animatics and animation sequences
•    Animating cameras, objects, effects, and characters for architectural and commercial projects.

Requirements:
•    3+ Years of relevant industry experience is a must
•    You must have the ability to work within technical constraints and generate top-quality art and story ideas.
•    Ability to plan, schedule and anticipate problems before they happen.
•    Clear understanding of technical guidelines and constraints.
•    Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and management.
•    Ability to imagine, visualize and conceive objects, characters or other elements to drive the overall visual quality of the product
•    Have strong creative abilities to create fresh and new ideas
•    Able to manage and work with other artists
•    Able to communicate ideas in an effective and clear manner
•    Client and employee management skills
•    Good communication skills to support client relations on artwork correspondence
•    Superb time-management and communication skills
•    Demonstrated success in leadership and team-building

Skills:
•    A fluent knowledge of 3DSMax and Photoshop
•    A genuine enthusiasm and interest in architecture
•    Management abilities
•    Excellent working conditions in casual work setting, multiple projects allowing for professional growth.
